Dr. Faruqi is a licensed physician in Ontario, and this consultation is covered by his medical license in Ontario, Canada.
Initial Consultation - $260
Purpose of the Medical Consultation
This consultation is provided to offer personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment tailored to your specific needs. It will complement your healthcare journey by addressing hormonal optimization, menopause management, or other related concerns.

Privacy and Confidentiality

This session may be conducted via Zoom, a third-party platform with encryption to protect your privacy. However, no communication method is entirely secure, and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

This session will not be recorded unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand.
Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history, symptoms, and concerns to the best of your ability.

You are responsible for following up with Dr. Faruqi as advised and reporting any changes in your condition.
Limitations of Liability

Dr. Faruqi and Timeless Youth Empowerment assume no responsibility for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information during the consultation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 fee.

Refunds are not provided once the consultation has been completed.

How long is the membership, and what happens after it ends?You will have access to your content as long as you wish.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?We offer a 72-hour (3 day) grace period for refunds, during which you can cancel your membership if you haven’t accessed more than the first video or downloaded any materials. After this period, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

How do I access the videos and other content?Once you purchase a membership, you’ll be able to go to our site and under “Community Member Access”, simply select the membership you purchased in the dropdown and all your content is hosted there. You can access the videos whenever you want, at your own pace.

How do I book a one-on-one session?One-on-one consultations are available as add-ons and require an active membership to book. You can schedule your session through our booking system, located in the main menu as “Book One-On-One Consultations”.

Are consultations included in the membership fee?No, consultations are not included in the membership fee. Please get in touch directly if you want to schedule a consultation.
